Let me tell you! This is my second time here and Lee did my nails just the way I wanted them!! I am new to Fontana and I've been to other salons and they've always hurt me in some way or the nails get dull. But this place has now won me over. I love my nails. Lee really took her time to make sure I liked everything before she put gel on them. This is my nail spot for sure. And targets across the way. Just saying! She does clean work. I've read the reviews about someone being rude but I guess they aren't here anymore. The receptionist was super nice. Make an appointment, they do honor it here.
Mimi pays attention to small details. I got a pedicure and she took her time. She would periodically check with me to make sure I liked the color/ design. She did a great job and was very nice! 10/10 would recommend. Ask for Mimi!
I used to love this place for the quality service and the friendly staff, but last weekend I received a terrible attitude from manicurist because I asked for a regular French manicure with color nude on the bottom for my mother in law.
Additionally, I payed for a gel manicure which started to peel after a couple days; sadly I was able to go until the fourth day asking for a “guarantee”, but it was useless because I had to pay 5 usd for each nail, which I paid but after couple days starting peeling again so I was very disappointed
They were not responsible for it although when they have the tools for to do it.
All is about making money and no service.
I would also give this a zero if I could. I had an appointment my second time there all was pretty good until manicure didn’t even show up for my appointment. So I rebooked. Horrible horrible nails. I was cut badly with the drill. The polish is awful nails were not smoothed out. The manager was very rude. When I went to leave she shouted out to the manicurist she left you a five dollar tip. For the whole shop to hear. I shouldn’t have left any tip actually. I will not be returning.
I had Yvonne and Tanya they’re the worst. I think the photos are self explainable. Crooked and bulky. Don’t get me started on the toes.
First time trying this place. I wanted an ombre style nail with the powder dip, but they said they didn't do that. So I went with just a solid color. I think they did a pretty good job, when they sat me down at the nail station I was waiting for a while till my girl started working on my nails. I did like that they cleaned my nails and cuticles. Which other places when you asked for just a dip they don't. I will return to try it out again. And maybe try a pedicure. The picture I attach is two weeks after I did my nails. I did like that she painted really close to my cuticles this will help my nails look fresh and clean a lot longer. I have no chips and no cracks which is a good thing.
I love Zoey and Ann they do mu nails and toes amazing every time. My husband loves my toes and I thank Ann for that. Zoey did my nails and I loved them.
unfortunately I had a bad experience here this was my 3rd visit here And my last!!! I'm not sure what the manager was going through but she was rude to my 8 yrs old then this young lady came in to remove her set and get a new one in I felt really really bad for her as she was in pain from this lady not soaking her nails off she just went to town on her set as if she was in a rush to go somewhere. and NOT TO LEAVE THIS PART OUT ... THIS YOUNG GIRL ASK HER ISNT THERE ANOTHER WAY TO TAKE THEM OFFF??? AND SHE SAID NO!!!!!( aren't nail tec suppose to preserve the nail so we ca. CONTINUE to get them done????)I was quite because I was already upset that my set that I had just needed a refill and one broken nail to repair . not only did my nail tec shorten my length of my nails she had Noooooo clue how to do Stiletto . I was so unhappy and to top it off they where not even. I GIVE UP THROWING MY MONEY OUT THE DOOR AND THEY ARE NOT CHEAP HERE ETHER. I HAD SPA PEDI, REFILL 1 NAIL REPAIR AND MY DAUGHTER GOT A MANICURE AND GEL POLISH ...
