***Update only because I took my mom there. As mentioned on previous review with phone miscommunication with pricing, but she charged me $3 more than my mom and they were both basic trims. I didn’t even go in this time because she was a little rude towards me last time and I waited in the car. I think she rushed through my moms haircut also because she left so much hair left on the neck where we had to go back him and shower to get the hair off! We wouldn’t mind paying $5-8 more but her trimming is not the best effort.
Previous review***Not satisfied. I just needed a basic easy trim and asked how much is the haircut ????♀️? She told me $12 on the phone, plus they had good reviews. But then charge $15. Then she told me she never mentions price on the phone. So she did charge me $12. I planned to pay $15 including tip anyways. I called to make an appointment and confirmed also the price. I almost posted a picture online but after seeing if the hair is even, no, not satisfied. Plus she was in a rush with a guy waiting and only one worker there. She was kinda rude telling me to get my hair dye there in the future. I told her I don’t need it but she said I will get more gray hair once I see more in the mirror. Honestly, I don’t care if there’s more gray. So be it. Then she smirk.
She run through woman haircut in three minutes, no blow dry and rushed me out of there. I had to dry my hair in the air at the parking lot. Now I have to wait for my hair grow back for a few months to fix it. $18 plus at least 25% tips (no choice on her POS). Terrible experience. I wish I had never been there.
Shopped up my hair. They "untangled" but i could feel the scissors being used before all the tangles were gone. Still i trusted them because they are the professionals. However when it dried up and I finally saw the real results of what they had done, I could have done a better job. Completely missed some spots and have hairstrands way shorter than others

My husband & I have been going, to Vi's for haircuts for several years. The girls are always pleasant...and always cut your hair the way you like, instead of how they think it should be. This place beats the larger, fancier beauty salons....it's more relaxing.???????????? And friendlier. We will be back.????
The staff are great and intuitive about what you want. Not expensive. Keeps the rotation of happy clients moving, so not long waiting period even on a busy day.
I have visited Vi's a few times now over the last 7 years and each time after my visit I felt satisfied and happy about the service I received. On my visit on 10/14/2020 I went in with a full head of hair, past my shoulders and thick! I was tired of the long and thick hair and wanted a change. They knew just what to do ????❤. Thank you so much ladies at Vi's Salon and I am telling everyone I know. I will be back.
