Awful. I got my nails done. The pedicure was supposed to be with gel polish. The lady didn't understand what I was saying but charged me for gel but put cuticle oil so they would shine. The lady who did my manicure was to buff my nails so they would shine. I paid extra for that. Please look at pictures. Do not waste your time or money.
The young man at table 2 did a wonderful job doing my nails. He was patient and took his time and my nails turned out great! He was friendly and funny and I will definitely be booking with him in the future!
I found the service very expensive. They did my pedicure, it was ok and my dip powder was terrible. It peeled off on the 6th day. I went to fixed, the next day I had to return to fix another nail, then a third nail was peeled off again. By then I was tired and removed all of them at home just peeling off. I spent $115 for pedicure and manicure and the manicure didn’t last a week. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I moved to Tuscaloosa November 2020 and had the hardest time finding a good nail salon/tech to do my nails. So glad I came across GiGi at Nail Club!!! She never disappoints!! She is creative, has an awesome personality and does good quality work. Most times, I can go a month before truly needing a fill-in. I am ALWAYS pleased with my nails and frequently receive comments on her designs/work.
I have been a loyal customer here for 11+yrs today they refused to do my nails cause I said the girl in number 3 messed my pedicure up and please not to mess them up this time or I won't pay for another bad job. She said she don't won't to do my nails and walked me out the door. The don't have a top coat and long as i was there my toes should of been dry. This is the first time this young lady did my nails. I paid for this, so I came today and Ask for a new pedicure and I would pay for it. They denied me service.
i went there yesterday to get my nails done for my wedding this weekend. the pedicure was mediocre nothing special & i told the lady i wanted french acrylic nails and she convinced me to do pink and white. i told her i had pink and white nails done before but they were bulky and too thick...she told me that she wouldnt do them thick so i trusted her. ive been self filing my nails all day because of how bad they look. she kept putting layer upon layer and they look so fake and thick, i will never be back.
I'm from Texas. Stopped here while on vacation. Phil did my nails and toes. Loved his personality. He used a top coat on my nails that may have been bad. It made my nails lumpy. They did everything they had to do to correct the problem... thank you Nail Club... from TEXAS
I love this shop every since they open it has been my choice. JULIE,,Kathy and Wendy are the Bomb!! Wendy is great with nails and Julie and Kathy the two sister can do it all!!!
